About the service

Assessing the roof before cleaning

Moss and other growth can build up on roofs, particularly in shaded, damp areas. We assess the roofing material and condition before choosing the method, pressure and equipment. The cleaning scope is agreed for the roof surfaces concerned.

Tell us about known leaks, damage or previous treatments. Roof cleaning is a cleaning service; repairs and any further treatment need separate consideration. If you also need gutter cleaning, ask for a combined quotation.

Questions and answers

Questions about roof cleaning

How do you choose the roof cleaning method?

The roofing material, condition and growth influence the method. We also consider slope and access. Tell us about known damage or previous treatment. You can email photos to help clarify the scope before work starts.

Are roof repairs or treatments included?

Roof cleaning covers the cleaning described in the quotation. Replacing tiles, repairing leaks, painting and other treatments are not automatically included. Tell us about these needs so they can be clarified before the work is agreed.

What affects the price of roof cleaning?

The price is affected by roof area, shape, growth and access. Roof type and condition also influence the method and scope. We agree the price and date with you before starting and send an electronic invoice after the work.

Can I request gutter cleaning at the same time?

Yes. Request roof cleaning and gutter cleaning together so we can clarify the scope of both services and provide a combined price. The quotation describes what is included, so you know which parts of the property will be cleaned.
