Can larger homes receive an automatic price?+
Yes. Private homes continue through automatic pricing regardless of size. Housing associations, condominiums and apartment complexes use the dedicated form for a site visit and individual quotation.
Does public water supply mean that the house has an outdoor tap?+
No. The property register only describes the water supply. The customer confirms a functioning outdoor tap in the booking.
What happens when the facade material is not registered?+
The customer confirms the surface in the booking. The crew assesses condition and method before work starts.
Can I book outside an active operating area?+
You can register your address. Availability depends on current operating capacity in the area.
